• Project management team: The Principal Investigator serves as the Project Director and has the overall responsibility for the administration of the award. He is assisted by the Co-PI who serves as the Coordinator.
• Implementation team: The implementation teams are made up of EKU faculty, EKU students (STEM Fellows) and middle school teachers.
• Evaluation team: The project has internal and external evaluators charged with the responsibility of evaluating the management of the project and progress made towards achieving project objectives.
